2. Hosting and Server Log Files Our website is hosted using the Wix.com website builder. Wix provides us with the online platform through which we present our services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Each time our website is accessed, the system automatically collects data from the computer system of the accessing computer (so-called server log files, e.g., IP address, browser type, date, and time). This serves our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website.

Contact (Email and Contact Form) If you contact us via email or via a contact form on this website (e.g., for portfolio or import inquiries), the data you provide (your email address, your name, your company if applicable, and your phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. The processing of this data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (e.g., mediation to a winery). In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We delete this data once the purpose for storing it no longer applies and provided there are no statutory retention periods (e.g., business correspondence) preventing deletion.

5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties As an export broker, establishing contact between international importers and South Tyrolean wineries is part of our service. If you submit a specific purchase or import inquiry to us, we will only pass your business contact details on to the respective winery in South Tyrol after prior agreement with you in order to initiate the business (and shipping). Beyond this, we will not pass your data on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
